Weird / Niche Affiliate Programs

While most of us have used affiliate marketing to push "normal" items, what about the bizarre? Surely there are companies out there that sell outlandish items that also run affiliate programs. If anyone knows of something odd that's being sold through an affiliate program or partner program I'd love to hear about it!
